Guest Relation Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the Reception Manager, primarily the greeter directs and greets the patients and visitors.

Notice Period: 1-2 months

Report To: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying patients to the clinic reception 
  • Accompanying patients to the concerned doctor 
  • Greet all patients according to the customer service standards of excellence and collect patient’s demographic and billing information 
  • Assure necessary documents in the charts and referral if needed 
  • Attends and participates in development programs 
  • Participates in workshops and programs 
  • Cross train to other positions as directed 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in any course
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • High proficiency in Arabic and English Languages
  • Computer Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient knowledge to prepare future plans.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
