Coordinates the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors and patient. Performs basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner. Maintains the organization of a medical office and ensure the medical environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families in a compassionate attitude.
