Performs a variety of office support and secretarial duties for doctors in specific unit/department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs a wide variety of assignments; enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, and other materials.
  • Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters. 
  • Takes and transcribes a variety of correspondence relating to the activities in Administration.
  • Processes requests for leave, holidays, etc.
  • Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules.
  • Prepares and records the minutes of meeting as assigned.
  • Generates monthly reports as needed.
  • Assists in organizing activities and functions by the department.
Job Requirements:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor University Degree in any field is required.
  • Fresh graduate or previous experience in Administrative/secretarial position.
